Air application concentration:

Application concentration in water:

The solubility of ozone in water application is between 0.1mg/L10mg/L. The low value is the minimum concentration required for water disinfection and purification, and the high value is the concentration value that can be achieved by "ozone water disinfectant".

Tap water ozone purification, the international standard is 0.4mg/L solubility value, keep for 4 minutes, that is, CT value is 1.6.

The remaining ozone concentration in water is maintained at 0.10.5mg/L for 510min to achieve the purpose of disinfection.

Ozone water disinfection and sterilization is rapid, and disinfection takes place in an instant. Once the ozone concentration in the clean water is reached, it will kill the bacteria within 0.5 to 1 minute. At a concentration of 4mg/L, the inactivation rate of hepatitis B virus is 100% within 1 minute.

Herbold reports that when the ozone concentration in water reaches 0.43mg/L at 20, 100% of E. coli can be killed. At 10, only 0.36mg/L can be killed.

When the ozone concentration is 0.2538mg/L, it only takes a few seconds or minutes to completely inactivate the hepatitis A virus (HAV).

The solubility of ozone in mineral water is 0.40.5mg/L, which can meet the requirements of sterilization and quality assurance. The reasonable ozone delivery is 1.52.0mg/L.

Bottled water treatment should reach an ozone solubility value of 0.3 to 0.5 mg/L, and the addition of ozone should meet the amount of 2gO generated in 1m of water. According to practical experience, when the ozone concentration is higher than 8mg/L, it is easy to reach the concentration.
